Digital Thermometer: New Baby In Home Must!

With my son due any day now I am getting the last minute must have items. One thing I almost forgot was a digital thermometer. Malachi is due in the fall which is the colder months meaning he in more acceptable of getting sick, all newborns are. I am an overprotective mother so I have to be sure that my baby boy is healthy at all times.

The thermometer that I found on Amazon has an easy to read LCD display screen, this mother can see it without her glasses! It has audio reminder so you won't forget. Now this is not just for newborns, I have my five and four year old daughters who use this just as well! It works for all ages babies, children, adults and the elderly.

This thermometer works for oral or rectal. I only do oral but some parents prefer rectal. Over all this thermometer is great! I think that for $10.99 it is worth it. So if you are in need of a new thermometer head on over to amazon and check it out!

What do you look for in a good digital thermometer?

  9. There's only one thing I look for in a thermometer: How easy is it to change the battery on this thing? I can't tell you how many dead thermometers I have in the house because they have impossibly difficult ways to change out the batteries! I don't want to throw them away, but I don't know what else to do with them! I tried changing two, and they were broken in 5 seconds!
