Forsolkin: The Weight Loss & Metabolism Booster!

Are you trying to lose weight or maybe just make your metabolism higher? As you know I am currently pregnant so this is a product that I had to call in one of my back up removers, my mother! She has been trying to lose a little weight and was struggling. I did a research on Forskolin  because I found this product on Amazon that I wanted my mother to try. I found some really good information and I would love to share it with you!
Some may have never heard of forskolin others may know a lot. Its a really interesting study! Here is what I found.

Forskolin
(coleonol) is a labdane diterpene that is produced by the Indian Coleus plant (Coleus forskohlii).

MySlimEz  is a good place to start if you want to try forskolin. They have a bottle of 60 capsules for $21.95 on Amazon.
My-SlimEz Forskolin blocks or slows formation of fat, a perfect match for any diet / exercise plan. It does not matter what diet, thats the plus side for my mother because she is always trying new diets! Also there is no awful after taste!

My mother has been using them for awhile now and they are helping her with the not eating as much! Therefore, they work in that way. I will update the post in a month or so and let you all know if there has been any major changes!

What is your thoughts on dietary supplements?

  1. I don't take them. I do it the old fashioned way: eating right and exercising. It's just what I'm comfortable with.

  5. My thoughts on dietary supplements are that they should probably be more like a last resort because once you stop taking them you stop receiving the benefits so basically you gain all the weight back. Learning to eat right and stay active has worked well for me and helped me maintain my weight loss. But these supplements sound interesting and perhaps work for some folks. To each his own, right?

  6. I think everyone should be very careful with dietary supplements and make sure they also consult with their physician first. I also recommend that people only try things that have been rigorously tested by a trustworthy agency. Hope your mom has good results!

  7. I haven't done too many dietary supplements lately as over the past 3 years, I've been pregnant/nursing twice. With being a current nursing Mom is it so difficult to find things I can use that are safe for both me and my little. I look forward to your mom's results.

  25. Dietary supplements can help some people under doctor control and most people can use dietary supplements safely within certain dosage. But i believe, using for a long time changes the balance of body.
