It all started in the small bakery of a natural foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Their customers with Celiac Disease would visit the bakery and tell them about the lack of good tasting gluten free options available to them. Upon learning this, They believed that nobody should have to suffer due to any kind of food allergy or dietary need. From then on, their mission became creating delicious and FEARLESSLY UNIQUE gluten free products that were good for you and great tasting- while still being safe for their celiac customers!Their passion has always been to bring their customers delicious baked products made with clean and natural ingredients. Their goal is to make you happy while helping to clean up our food supply and provide everyone with products that can be trusted by those who need it and delicious to everyone who tries it! ReplyDeleteFinding the right place is tough when you have food sensitivities. I often have to tell family and friends ahead of time before we go somewhere that it's gluten-free/nut-free, etc.

ReplyDeleteBakery on Main sure did found their niche, which is win-win! Here in my country, it's so hard to find gluten-free items and restos. If you do find one, it usually is pricey.

ReplyDeletethis is amazing! i have reviewed a german couple bakery here in dubai and they own a bakery/restaurant where they serve gluten free and super healthy foods! the wife is a chef and the husband is a baker. Their menu provides all the ingredients so you know what u're eating. Like this post of urs, It is always nice to see food places that makes their costumer satisfied
