Meet My Son: Kie!

Many of you who follow my blog know that I was pregnant! Well October 26th 2016 at 8:18 p.m my son Kie (nickname) was born! He is so precious! Love my boy so much that I wanted to share this amazing smile with you all! 

The Move: Adapting

Well I can say West Virginia is different. Not bad just different. I am still trying to get into the swing of things here. I am making progress I do miss the Florida fun! I miss going to the beach, hanging with friends, shorts and tees, Oh boy and that Florida heat!

West Virginia has some good perks. I mean I literally live on top of the mountain so my view is pretty spectacular. I do get to wear Ugg boots and scarfs without sweating or looking like a goof. The thing that gets me though is the small towns. I am use to being around tons of people and having stuff today. In my small town now there is one gas station, a Save-a-Lot, a tiny movie theater that shows I think 3 movies a day.  That's pretty much it.

My daughters are adjusting super well though, that keeps me happy! Veah is loving her kindergarten class. She is even picking up the West Virginia twang. Desi is loving the walks and adventures that we get to go on. I think we may do a scavenger hunt later this week!

I am sure that with time I will grow to love this place. Besides time is all I have anyways!

Desi & A Day In The Mountains.

The other day Desi wanted to take a walk. Here in Welch taking a walk is like mountain climbing, hills everywhere. Now let me remind you Desi is four. Every four year old has short little legs.
